Michelle Edmonds is best known for advocacy in Public Health and Social Justice. As a public speaker, seminar topics include, “Serenity’s Top 7 Fat Habits©", “The Politics of Weight Loss©” and “Detox your Mind or the Fat will Come Back©”. As a consultant to individuals and 501 (c) (3) organizations, she assists with the development of supportive housing for seniors and the mentally-disabled and advocates for the rights of these groups to live independently. As a health coach, Michelle helps passionate individuals start-up health and wellness businesses, by inspiring and motivating them to turn knowledge into action, leading to fast results.

• In 1992, co-founded and authored The Serenity Weight Loss and Detoxification Program, with her husband. Beginnings were humble. A native New Yorker, the business started in the same town where both graduated high school, known as Hempstead, NY. Nutritional classes on the importance of colon cleansing were served in the same room as veggie burgers! The program soon evolved into a 100% web-based service, as the roster of clients swelled to over 12,000 clients, nationwide
